Coleslaw 2.0

Ingredients:

1/3 head of cabbage

1 carrot

* onion

2/3 c mayo

3 Tablespoon white vinegar

2 Tablespoon milk

1 to 2 Tablespoon sugar

salt and pepper to taste

splash of siracha

In a food processor (mine is a hand powered one lol) add cabbage that is cut into manageable pieces. Process until a fine consistency. Do the same with the carrot and onion. I note that recipe says 1/4 c, I took just a couple slices of onion and ran them through the processor. Add processed ingredients into a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well. You can serve it right away but if you let it sit overnight it tastes even better!!
