So, just like don’t judge a book by its cover, don’t knock the recipe because of its name! Mike named this after I made it the other night. Hope you all enjoy!
1 to 2 pounds beef stew meat
1/4 cup cashews
1 small package fresh mushrooms, cut into thin slices
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups broccoli pieces
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Brown meat in skillet on low heat. Season meat when it’s close to done. Then add mushrooms, garlic, and broccoli – cook until tender. Add everything else and simmer for 25 minutes to absorb flavors. Serve over white rice.
