*there really aren’t measurements to this! It’s based on how many racks of ribs you are covering.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and rub on the ribs until covered. Cover ribs and let refrigerate 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees when marinating is over. Bake, covered, for 40 minutes. Transfer to grill at 325 – 350 degrees, with indirect heat and cook for an additional 5 – 6 hours. Flipping occasionally. During the last thirty minutes of BBQ-ing, rub barbecue sauce across the ribs generously. The meat comes out so tender and ready to fall off the bone!
