Generous amounts: ground ginger and McCormick’s Steak seasoning.
Rub both sides of the steak with the seasonings and throw on the grill that is on low.
After about 15 minutes, start rubbing this sauce over each side of the steak flipping every 8 minutes for an hour or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
Sauce: soy sauce, brown sugar, ground mustard, lemon juice. Mix in a bowl and rub over steaks while grilling. Deliciousssss!!!!
