Crockpot Sloppy Joe’s

Altering my usual sloppy joe recipe by adding some extra fresh ingredients, I also had it on “warm” in the crockpot for 6 hours. As I’ve said before, I am not a fan  of sloppy joes  but these were amazing! The flavors had time to really come out and boy it was delicious.

Brown the meat prior to adding in the crockpot, add your onions, BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestshire  sauce, seasonings then meat. Yummmmm.
Happy cooking!!

This sounds like a great idea for tonight’s supper. I may saute some green peppers and tomatoes from the garden to add to the browned meat. We still have a few straggling vegetables that need used up. Thanks for the idea.

PS-you might want to fix the spelling of your post title. 🙂
