This is becoming one of my very favorite side dishes! it’s so easy to make plus it is so healthy! You get the benefits of honey, balsamic vinegar, and of course already nutrient rich carrots.
4 large Carrots, sliced
2 T Clover honey
1T balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Italian Season.
Place everything in a baking dish and bake, covered, at 375 for approx. 40 minutes or until tender.
