Garlic Olive oil Pasta sauce 

My fiance loves fish pasta. Since I was making salmon for dinner he asked I make a pasta with it. Well, stumped on what kind of sauce to use. I made my own. 


6 mushrooms, sliced small 

3 green onions, sliced thin

1 celery stalk, finely sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 T white wine

1 T olive oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 

Melt butter in a skillet, add everything but wine. When mushrooms become fragrant add the wine. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Pour into cooked noodles and top with meat of choice! Or be like me and top with veggies (:
