I’ve always been about the best and most seasonings means great food. But the other night I tried something different with ground beef for taco night.
1 pound ground beef
1 – 4oz can diced green chiles
1/2 cup water
3 Tablespoons ground chili powder
Brown the meat, mix water with chili powder and pour over the meat and add the can of green chiles with juices. Let simmer 20 minutes.
Use in your tacos. It is so deliciously flavored for being so simple and it has a subtle heat.
*when using refried beans on our tacos I add about 2T salsa per 12oz can of beans to add heat too! What are some of your taco favorites??
