Baked Chicken for sandwiches

The best ever chicken for a sandwich!
2 large chicken breast,  cut in half width wise so they’re fairly thin

1 teaspoon Cajun, paprika, Italian, pepper and garlic salt seasonings

1 T Olive oil to brush the chicken breasts with

Spinach leaves

1 large  tomato, thick slices

Monterey Jack cheese, cut into thick slices.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brush chicken all over with olive oil then sprinkle seasonings over. Bake for about 30 minutes  then check and see if it is done. If internal temperature isn’t 165 F cook longer until it is at that or very close! When it is done or close too, top with a handful of spinach, thick slice of tomato and cheese. Once the cheese melts and the spinach begins to wilt (and of course your chicken is all the way done! No raw chicken here!) Remove from oven and place on a toasted hoagie with some basil pesto spread on it. Voila!!! Easy peasy delicious meal (:
