Pesto Pasta with Lemon Chicken

3 chicken breasts, sliced in half.

2 T lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper and garlic powder

1 box tri-color rotini  noodles

5 mushrooms, quartered

1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

2 green onions,  chopped

2T Classico Traditional Pesto

1/4 cup grated mozzarella

1/2 T olive oil

1/2 T white wine

1/2 T butter

Dash of Worchestire sauce

Preheat oven to 375. In a baking dish add oil, lemon juice and chicken. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder over the chicken. Bake for 35 minutes or until done.

Meanwhile, in a skillet begin cooking the veggies (peppers, mushrooms and onions) in the butter, W. Sauce and white wine. Set aside when veggies are sautéed until soft.

Cook  noodles until done. Drain.  Add pesto, mozzarella and sautéed veggies. Serve with the finished lemon chicken.
