I have always wanted to try popovers and I finally did (after hitting up the local Bed Bath and Beyond for a jumbo muffin pan!).
I followed this recipe and added about 1 teaspoon of vanilla and they were amazing!! I ended up making 2 batches (total of 6 popovers) because my toddler went nuts over them and kept eating them! Even heating them up with some butter and honey the next day they were fabulous. I was a bit weary going into making this dessert because a lot of recipes had complaints somewhere or another, but this recipe was perfect! Thank you Christy for sharing your recipe on Allrecipes!! Cannot wait to try other popover recipes!
