So we picked a date, 6 months away. So that means 6 months of sweating, toning and losing weight before the big day. Not saying I’m overweight or anything, just time to slim down and tone up. Something I’ve struggled with since my pregnancy. But now it’s 6 days a week of p90x and yoga! Bring it on! We always eat healthy (at least I do) but now it’s cardio and strength training!
Starting weight of 148 pounds, which doesn’t matter to me. It’s going to be bye bye love handles and hello tight tummy.
Anyone with healthy recipes or workout tips I’d love to hear them!
