Motivation for Exercise?

Hey all,
How do you get motivated to work out?  I slack big time on this!! Besides doing 4+ mile daily walks with the dogs, I’ve run out of motivation for regular exercise, like hard core exercising.  I even have my own space to do yoga, P90X and anything, but I lack the motivation to either get up early or stay up late to get my regular workout routine in.  What are some of y’alls ways to get motivated?
